As a Senior Talent Acquisition (Sr TA), you will act as an expert for the talent acquisition team to different stakeholders, ensure process compliances, and resolution of escalations, track and report project status regularly and contribute to process improvements to sustain delivery predictability and meet client and internal commitments within the guidelines, policies, and norms of the company.

This position is responsible for developing and implementing strategies focused on human capital management. The talent director will support our customers in maintaining equal employment, compensation, and development opportunities through performance and salary reviews for all their Smash employees, reducing attrition and boosting customer engagement.

As a senior member of the organization, the talent director contributes to the administration and guidance of policies and procedures, the implementation and supervision of talent-related tools (such as ATS, LMS, CMS, etc.), and other responsibilities related to Culture & Communication. 

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for the operational management of Smash with the aim of helping the company grow in employees and revenue. In addition to being responsible for the day-to-day operations, you’ll work with top management on the vision and strategy for the company's success. You’ll oversee all the administrative teams to synchronize and provide support, have great communication with the team and customers, motivating and provide insight into the company operating activities. You also work on cross-functional projects and strengthen close cooperation with the management team and the other Group companies by regularly exchanging best practices. At the same time, you are the first point of contact for key accounts and promote cooperation based on trust and respect.

As a digital marketer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that promote Smash's brand. Coordinating and monitoring trafficking campaigns, managing internal communications, and developing marketing assets are part of the core responsibilities of the job. You will also manage various channels like social media networks, Google Ads, website content, and email marketing to deliver a persuasive and cohesive marketing message to different audiences. Partnering with strategic partners is expected. 

In the role of Talent acquisition (TA), you will act as an expert for the TA team to different stakeholders, ensure process compliances, and track and report hiring and TA-related project status regularly. You will contribute during the hiring and post-hiring stage processs, helping to source, coordinate meetings, and manage cndadiates through the procees, and maintaining the HR database updated with the employee’s information and offers, contracts, and more.
