What is Benefits+?
The intention of this benefit is to assign the available resources in the wellness of all Smashers, replacing the current insurance service (medical and life) with a debit card that will allow you to cover wellness expenses.
This is voluntary and applies for Costa Rica and Colombia.

Key points:
- This is voluntary, you have the option to stay in the current insurance service or move to a Divvy card (debit card) that will have a monthly balance that allows you to cover your wellness needs.
Monthly accrued amount: $100.
The amount accrues: if you don’t use it, you won’t lose it.
The amount will be available the 1st day of each month.
We’ll only work with the available amount in the card, no payments in advance allowed.
We won’t give cash or deposits, you can only use it through the card, wherever Visa cards are accepted.
With your available amount, you can cover any articles or wellness activities (gym, medical, medicine, etc.)
You can’t use the card for alcohol, restaurant bills, streaming services, other
We don’t need you to present any documentation to us, but we’ll do audits occasionally.
If you leave the company, the amount will be lost, this is a benefit and not part of the salary. The card will be deactivated as part of the off-boarding process.
If you want to go back to the regular insurance service, you can do it in the stablished dates, keep in mind, that the insurance companies have a waiting period for certain conditions.
